How much is the Zabariona tasting menu in Ravenna?

A tavola con l’oste costs 50 per person and includes the host’s welcome, a seasonal fried special, Risotto della Zabariona, traditional Romagna cappelletti, Mora Romagnola pork cheek with Santarcangelo onion and dessert. Cover charge, water and coffee are included.

Does the tasting menu include wine?

Optional wine pairings cost 15 per person for 3 glasses or 25 for 5 glasses, in addition to the 50 tasting menu price.

Is the tasting menu served to the whole table?

Yes, the tasting menu is served to the whole table. You can also choose individual dishes from the à la carte menu and daily specials. Please tell our staff about allergies or intolerances before ordering.

What is the total price including the wine pairing?

The total per person is 65 with 3 glasses (50 for the menu + 15 for wine), or 75 with 5 glasses (50 + 25). The 50 menu includes water, coffee and cover charge, not the optional wine pairing.
